The repaired some cracks in the tiles as well as repairing the grout. Well done! Carol Seidl2025-02-22Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Benjamin just cleaned our floor tile and grout throughout the house. The flooring is 30 years old; and the grout was darker in the high traffic areas. He applied a color stain by hand that matches perfectly with the original grout color. Our floors look like they are brand new! What a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Grout Nurse. John Palmieri2025-02-18Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They did an okay job on the cleaning portion. ( Definitely not a value at the price charged ) The grout work left something to be desired, I went back and cleaned up two of the areas the worked on, ( They were not prepared for the grout color, thankfully I had some sanded caulk with the correct color to supply ) I think we need to agree on disagreeing. If you look back at your texts from Sunday November 24, 2024. You responded you had us scheduled, and the color looked like Canvas. When I checked on your progress, you were using Rose color grout. Its okay, lessons learned for me, I have the sanded grout you finished some of the spots with, I went back and ground some out, then recovered the areas. LAUREN REEVES2025-02-04Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This service went way beyond my expectations! Not only was Benjamin professional, but my bathroom floors and shower look brand new! Simply incredible! If I could give 10 stars I would! Paula Casey2025-01-24Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contracted with Grout Nurse to repair grout on my limestone floors and refill grout on our bathroom vanity. Please do not hesitate to use their services. Benjamin was professional and his services are reasonably priced

FAQ
We understand the inconvenience of not being able to use your floors. To minimize the wait time, we utilize mobile fans during our process. As a result, each step has a dry time of approximately 20-30 minutes, allowing you to safely walk on the floors.
We prioritize your comfort and well-being throughout our services. Our regular cleaning and natural stone sealer have very low odor. For porcelain/ceramic tiles, we use a grout spray sealer and stripper cleaners, which may have a medium odor. However, this odor dissipates within 30-60 minutes. During the cleaning process, our Shop Vac may create some noise around your entryway. However, we ensure that it is moved outside halfway through the process, minimizing any disturbance. The rest of our services are fairly quiet.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work tirelessly until you are fully satisfied with the work performed. Only then do we request full payment, ensuring your peace of mind.
We understand that moving furniture can be a hassle for our clients. To ensure your convenience, we take photos of your furniture before the job begins. This allows us to move it around for you and place it back in its original spot after the work is completed. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can work around the furniture upon request.
We work in many homes with pets, and we take the well-being of your furry companions seriously. Everything we use is pet-friendly, as long as your pets do not step on areas with cleaner applied. During the cleaning process, pets are typically kept in a room on one side of the house or outside, and we switch spots accordingly. You can trust us to ensure the safety of your pets throughout the service.
Unlike many companies that train their technicians for only one week, we take training seriously. Our technicians undergo comprehensive training for a period of 1 to 3 months. They then work as helpers for approximately 6 to 12 months under close supervision. This ensures that they become professional and reliable before being assigned as main technicians for our clients. We believe in investing in our team’s expertise to deliver the highest quality service.
When it comes to regular cleaning and clear sealing, you can expect a significant improvement of 60 to 80%. Over time, dirt and soil can work their way into grout, leading to permanent stains if not properly maintained. Our grout color staining, on the other hand, produces a brand new look, achieving a 100% improvement by changing the color of your grout, making it consistent, and providing a seal. We aim to deliver exceptional results that meet and exceed your expectations.
Restoring natural stone requires a specialized approach. Similar to the cleaning process, we use alkaline solutions and degreasers. We utilize a 17″ buffer with resin-diamond infused grit pads to hone and sand down the stone, creating a consistent base layer. After that, we polish the stone to achieve the desired shine, using higher grit resin-diamond infused pads. Finally, we apply a clear solvent-based penetrating sealer to provide long-lasting protection. For stone counters and showers, we utilize hand polishing with 4″ dry pads connected to a vacuum to extract all the dust, ensuring a pristine finish.
